Message Board Committee In an effort to connect the local community with West High
School, the idea is to inform the community about upcoming events at West
High. The electronic message
board is the method many schools and businesses use to communicate to the
general public. This Committee is
responsible for all stages of message board acquisition and the following are
examples of tasks: Ø Contacting
and visiting vendors and sign companies Ø Specifying
the features of the sign Ø Working
with West High administration, including the Athletics Director, to ensure
the sign meets expectations Ø Coordinate
charitable donation requests or fundraising necessary to support the purchase
of a sign and maintenance after the purchase . . . . . . ©
