Nominating Committee The Nominating Committee, as described in the Booster
Club by-laws, is responsible for organizing and reporting to the general
membership, the names of candidates for the Executive Committee which are the
offices of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The Executive Committee offices
consist of one year terms, with the opportunity for re-election each year. The committee is elected at the March general membership
meeting and consists of three members with a maximum of five members, one of
which will perform the role of Committee Chairperson to provide status to the
general membership. The tasks for this Committee are as follows: Ø Advertise to the
general membership the upcoming Executive Committee elections which are held
at the April general membership meeting Ø Collect names of
active members who wish to serve on the Executive Committee Ø Report those names
at the April general membership meeting ©
