Website Committee The Website Committee is responsible for maintaining and
developing the West Booster Club presence on the internet in order to keep
our members informed. This
committee is also responsible for ensuring that electronic media is backed up
appropriately so that documentation of the Booster Club and it’s
processes are maintained for future members. The tasks for this Committee are as follows: o
Ensure the content of our website remains hosted at a
reliable and cost effective company (currently ixwebhosting.com) o
Ensure domain name remains registered o
Create and maintain all email lists associated with this
site o
Responsible for enhancement of web design when
appropriate o
Collect documents from Booster Club members that should
be preserved, and ensure they are properly archived on the site Ø Facebook o
Create and maintain Facebook presence used to make
Booster Club announcements to Facebook subscribers ©
